I have been fortunate to work on the social media team at Fairwinds since May 2023. Beginning as a Social Media Specialist, I have been promoted twice to my current role as Senior Social Media Manager. In this position, I report directly to the Head Graphic Designer and the Director of Marketing. This opportunity has allowed me to contribute to our brand's growth and online presence, working collaboratively with a talented team to achieve our marketing goals.

During my time at Fairwinds, I have had the opportunity to significantly enhance our social media presence. Starting with just 2,286 Instagram followers, I successfully increased our follower count to over 6,850.
Our engagement metrics saw a substantial boost as well, growing from reaching 800 accounts per month to an average of 10.3k accounts per month.
Due to extremely restrictive cannabis marketing laws in Washington State, many typical social media strategies were not feasible.
Instead, this growth was achieved purely through innovative marketing campaigns, active engagement, word of mouth, client relationship building, and event participation (including booth design and networking).
